Dental Hygienist in Greenwich

If you're looking for a highly rated and experienced dental hygienist near you in Greenwich who is accepting NHS and private patients then we can help.

Our friendly and highly skilled oral hygiene team is led by principal dentist Dr Harneet Mangat (GDC No: 69327), who has over 27 years of extensive dentistry experience.

We believe that prevention is always better than cure.

We recommend regular visits to our hygienist to help maintain your smile and keep your teeth and gums healthy. These appointments are a great way to complement and support your own daily hygiene routine.

Our hygienist will give your teeth a professional clean and will also be able to detect any potential problems that may require further investigation by the dentist.

Oral Hygiene Appointments

As well as protecting your oral health, an appointment with our hygienist is a quick and easy way to give your smile a freshen up. Your teeth will be given a thorough scale and polish to leave them clean and shiny.

Our hygienist will carefully check your teeth and gums, making it an effective way to catch problems early and prevent them from developing into something more serious.

We can also give you guidance on how to best look after your teeth and minimise decay, including factors such as diet.

Our very competitive private prices are below:

Treatment Cost

Taking Care of Your Teeth

Maintaining a good oral hygiene routine at home is essential to prevent plaque and tartar building up along the gum line. If left to develop, this can go on to cause gingivitis as well as tooth decay and cavities.

It is essential that teeth are brushed for at least two minutes twice daily, with the second time being last thing at night. We also advise carefully cleaning between the teeth with dental floss or an interdental brush at least once a day.
