What you can expect during your visit

We treat all our patients exactly how we would expect to be treated in your situation: with respect, compassion, dignity and a sense of urgency!

This includes providing the very best service and care during your whole patient journey - from making initial contact and through your reception visit, consultation and treatment(s).

We also have many years experience at dealing with dental emergencies for nervous patients and children and always do our very best to ensure your treatment is as pain free and effective as possible.

What is considered as a dental emergency?

Contact us as soon as possible if you have any of these symptoms:

✔️Serious pain that is disturbing your sleep
✔️Swelling of your face, cheek or gums which is getting worse
✔️Bleeding from a recent tooth extraction that lasts more than 20 minutes
✔️Controlled bleeding caused by a facial trauma
✔️A knocked-out tooth
✔️Mouth ulcers that haven't healed after several weeks

It is extremely important that you contact an emergency dentist as soon as possible if you have any of these symptoms, otherwise the symptoms could get considerably worse, and therefore more expensive, to treat.

Ellie

"I am really impressed with the kindness and efficiency my tooth problem was dealt with. I was referred to the practice by my dentist after an accident I was involved in that resulted in trauma to my front tooth and emergency treatment.

I was expecting a long procedure and quite a lot of pain but I still cannot believe how Mr Rory McSweeney sorted my root canal treatment without any pain and in one single appointment.

I am extraordinarily grateful and I will most definitely recommend this practice to everyone."
